3. Quotes, Pricing & Scheduling

All pricing listed online or communicated through the website is:

• Based on service area, rental length, and allowable weight limits

A rental is not confirmed until communication is completed via call, email, or invoice.

4. Prohibited Dumpster Contents

The following items may not be placed in any dumpster:

• Hazardous waste

• Paint, chemicals, or solvents

• Tires

• Batteries

• Oils or fuels

• Asbestos

• Refrigerators or appliances containing refrigerants

• Concrete, dirt, bricks, or heavy materials (unless approved)

• Radioactive materials

Additional restrictions may apply according to local laws.

5. Liability

Dumpsters Unlimited is not liable for:

• Damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or surfaces

• Damage resulting from customer-directed dumpster placement

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

• Overloading or improper dumpster use

• Costs resulting from disposal of prohibited items

Placement and loading of dumpsters are performed at the customer’s discretion and risk.

All logos, text, graphics, and site design are the property of Dumpsters Unlimited and protected by copyright law.
